The brief

M4S Homes builds and roofs homes across Karnataka, with stone-coated roofing as their signature offering — the kind of durable, weather-resistant finish that homeowners notice for the next twenty years but that most roofing companies market like a spreadsheet line item. Warranty tables. Material specs. Nothing a homeowner could feel.

The brief was simple to state and hard to execute: make a roof feel like part of the home's story, not a maintenance decision.

What we built

  • Brand identity — a visual system built around the idea of a home's "fifth wall," treating the roof as design, not just protection.
  • Social media — before/after transformation content, homeowner testimonials shot like short documentaries rather than review clips.
  • Performance marketing — hyperlocal targeting by neighbourhood and season, since roofing decisions cluster around monsoon timing in this market.
  • Profile launch — a coordinated relaunch across every platform on the same day, rather than the usual slow drip.
  • Content production — drone footage of completed roofs against the skyline, which turned out to be the single best-performing content format of the campaign.
A roof is the one part of a home nobody looks at until it fails. We made it the part people looked at first.

What actually moved the needle

The drone shots. Nobody had shown a stone-coated roof from above, against a full neighbourhood skyline, at golden hour. It reframed a maintenance product as a design statement in a single visual — and it's the asset competitors have since started copying.
